Additionally we regularly run courses on Self harm, Attachment, Trauma, Child Development, Equality and Diversity and Alcohol and Drugs misuse. If we are working with a young person with specific needs we will bring professionals in to support the team working with that young person in order to enhance their knowledge and experience.
Staff have completed or in the process of completing their NVQ Level 3.
