Staff at Wilderness Experiences
We have a diverse and experienced staff team who are the cornerstone of our service and approach. Prior to any staff beginning work at Wilderness experiences, we require 2 references, an enhanced CRB check and a disclosure Scotland. In addition to this, staff working in Scotland are registered and being registered with SSSC. Once all checks have been carried our staff attend an induction day. .
Staff are trained in the following mandatory training:

- 2 day first aid (minimum)
- Safe medication
